This non-denominational chapel seats up to 150 guests. Key design elements include white porcelain flooring, modern white Kartell chairs and a contrasting, beautiful hand carved, gilded altar. Recessed candelabra shapes offer customizable LED lighting for any color combination while asymmetrical deep set windows allow in natural light. The bridal suite is glamorous with Peruvian styled custom vanities. A vanity with a gilded Spanish Colonial style mirror is adjacent to wedding party vanities, which are simple with beveled mirrors and ottomans with traditional nailhead detailing. The space also includes a three sided full length mirror. There is a private seating area that is upholstered in a beautiful textured fabric, with accent pillows that bring a pop of color and pattern to the space.
The Eldorado Grand Ballroom is the epitome of elegant design and perfect for large receptions. Architectural details include a 15’ ceiling height, beamed and coffered ceilings, large multi-paned doors, traditional wainscoting, and custom lighting fixtures. This ballroom has a sophisticated yet neutral palate with harmonious shades of brown, grey and elements of gold. LED ceiling lighting allows for customization. This elegant patio adjoining the Presidential Suite is perhaps the grandest place in town for an outdoor cocktail party, reception, or intimate wedding in Santa Fe. With close to 4,500 square feet, the Anasazi Ballroom is an intimate ballroom and meeting space. This versatile space is perfect for memorable events up to 200 guests. Deposit
A 25% deposit is required on contracted
food, beverage, and rental.
Billing Schedule
The final balance is due at least seven (7)
business days prior to the event. The final
payment must be paid by credit card or
cashier’s check. No personal checks or
cash will be accepted.
Contract and Method of Payment
Hotel requires a signed contract and
completed credit card authorization
to confirm.
Local Taxes and Fees
Food, beverage, rental, sales tax (8.1875%),
and service charge (23%).

Event Details
It is necessary that we receive set
requirements, menu, audiovisual
selections, and any other function
details no later than thirty (30) days
prior to the event.
Outside Vendors
Outside vendors must be licensed
and shall maintain insurance coverage
including product liability and contractual
liability for bodily injury or property
damage. Outside vendors are responsible
for personal property that they bring
on to hotel premises. Decorations are
strictly limited to the areas designated.

our preferred vendor list.
Food and Beverage
No food or beverage, including liquor, may
be removed from the hotel. All food and
beverage must be provided by the hotel
with the exception of your wedding cake.

added to the final charges. In the absence of
a final guarantee, the agreed upon number
of guests specified on the signed contract

The Grand Ballroom is designed to achieve simple elegance in form and design. This 7,000-sq.ft. Santa Fe ballroom holds 700 for a reception or 500 for a banquet event. It features natural light, an 15’ ceiling height, beamed and coffered ceilings, large multi-paned doors, traditional wainscoting and custom lighting fixtures. Link to Virtual Tour below.
The Pre-Function Space is the grand hallway winding through the first floor of the hotel from CAVA Santa Fe Lounge past the Eldorado Grand Ballroom to the Anasazi Ballroom. This area can accommodate up to 24 vendor booths and information tables, and makes an outstanding reception area for up to 300 guests.
With 4,320 sq. ft., this versatile space is perfect for memorable events and accommodates 300 dinner guests or a reception for 400 guests. At the north end of the grand concourse, the Zia Ballroom offers privacy with less traffic than other rooms. It has 2,160 sq.ft. of space for meetings, conventions, banquets or receptions. It can be divided into three different rooms of various sizes. Link to Virtual Tour below.

Each boardroom is configured with the latest high tech equipment and capabilities including a wall-mounted 52" LCD HDTV. Conference tables have compartments for quick and easy computer or video equipment connection. Our DeVargas Boardroom is 720 sq.ft., our Piñon Boardroom is 405 sq.ft., our Chaparral Boardroom is 405 sq.ft., and our Turquoise Boardroom is 330 sq.ft.
